10 ounces of our slow roasted Prime Rib. Served with Au Jus,
creamed horseradish and Yorkshire pudding.

Filet Neptune
6-ounce Tenderloin filet topped with Dungeness crab,
and sauce béarnaise.

Roast Tenderloin of Beef
Slices of Beef Tenderloin topped with button mushrooms
and cabernet sauce.

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Tender breast of chicken stuffed with Black Forest ham
and Swiss cheese.

Chicken Piccata
Tender chicken sautéed with shallots, white wine, lemon and capers.

Dijon and Herb crusted Airline Breast
Bone in Chicken Breast coated in an herb Dijon crust
and roasted to perfection.

Rosemary Roast Pork Loin
Marinated in olive oil, cracked pepper and fresh rosemary.
Served with a fancy Port wine sauce.

Roasted Lamb Chops
Rubbed in a herbs and Dijon and roasted. Served with a Demi sauce and mint jelly.

Veal Oscar
Tender veal medallions sautéed with garlic and shallots,
topped with Dungeness crab, asparagus and béarnaise sauce.

Salmon Wellington
Baked in puff pastry, moist and tender and served with a light veloute sauce.

Fresh Salmon Fillet
Fresh salmon baked to perfection and served with Dill lemon Beurre Blanc.

Stuffed Alaska Halibut
Halibut filet filled with our crab stuffing and baked.
Topped with a special tarragon cream sauce.

Pan Seared Sea Bass
Served on bed of braised leeks and our herbed lemon butter sauce.

Vegetarian Pasta Prima Vera
Seasonal vegetables tossed with fettuccini pasta in a garlic cream sauce.
